WORLD FIRST! - Sims 3 preview with In-Game Pics

Yes, that's in-gameThe latest edition of UK gaming mag PCGamer comes with a massive 5 page preview of the Sims 3, with the first released in-game screen-shots. PCGamer is a reliable magazine which we trust which makes the fact that the graphics are horrible even harder for us to swallow. On the bright side, the though of seamless integrated communities and neighbourhoods sounds fantastic as do most of the other features outlined in the feature. Also, the pictures are from an early beta so there is still time for (much needed) graphical improvement. Here are a few crops from scans of pictures found in preview, hit the jump for the full preview uploaded kindly by the folks at InfiniteSims.com

EA have released the first details of The Sims 3 through fellow money-hounds Microsoft’s very own Games for Windows magazine and thus through 1up.com. This news tells of larger, more dynamic neighbourhoods where everything within can interact seamlessly. It is also promised that Sim’s individual needs will be better integrated and mechanical routines will be abolished in favour of Sim freedom, where your Sims can go out and enjoy themselves without simultaneously throwing tantrums, visually smelling and publicly relieving themselves.
